So amazing. My 2002 Sasquatch (that's what I call my Sequoia) got sick, needed what I thought a new neutral safety switch, it was actually the shifter mechanism that I said go ahead and replace both because they are original parts. I found out about the shop because they worked on my sister's Exploder (inside joke) that they just praised Adam for his kindness, professionalism and made them feel like family. Lance worked on Sas to get it back to me so I'm not relying on my MTN bike for actual transportation and not recreational riding. Jermaine kept me up to date that I felt like family. Next is new front shocks/springs and oil change that I will not go to anyone else. Thank y'all from the bottom of my heart.

This shop was recommended to me when I was in need of a new mechanic after a botched Take 5 oil change that damaged my car, in addition to some other repairs. The staff was knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful. This is very important to me as a young woman who's had her fair share of poor treatment at auto shops. Jeramie especially, was informative and a great help through the process. The service was quick and reasonably priced. This will be my new go to mechanic :)

Where do I start ADAM ADAM ADAM remember that name his customer service was outstanding, spectacular, and above and beyond, when I first pulled up he had a Genuine spirit, His presence made me feel very comfortable, I didn't get this feeling this guys just here to do a job and get paid, but that he has a heart to care about his clients, He listened, took notes, and understood what I was requesting fully. I told him how I went to another mechanic shop and how I was treated there and how much they were trying to charge me to fix an issue he emphasized with me and understood that not everyone have money to blow especially fixing unnecessary things that doesn't necessarily pertain to the issue at hand I was being upsold at another mechanic shop and over charged but ADAM rest assured he doesn't do that there he knows when you treat a customer right they'll continue to be loyal. I was expecting to have it in the shop for a while and having to Uber to work and back it gets expensive when you're 30 mins away from work. He was able to fix my Auto Stop Start and Check Engine light for dang near HALF the price of another mechanic shop quoted me and didn't upsell me and fixed it in 2 DAYS! He was so nice I offered a tip 3 times and he denied it real genuine he also checked in on me to make sure things were straight. I was extremely happy to know it's fixed and that I'm saving HALF the price I was quoted I found my Guy and Mechanic shop at Dennis Auto Motive HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've trusted Dennis Road Automotive for many years, though it's been a while since my last visit, mainly because they're not open on weekends. I've always appreciated their straightforward service, and I still miss Riley, who brought a great personal touch to the experience. On my most recent visit, I was charged $374 for a new battery for a Lexus ES350. I'm not sure how that compares in today's economy, but it gave me the same feeling you get when dining out these days, quality isn't necessarily better, yet the prices seem to jump significantly. The work was completed, and the team was professional, but the cost left me wondering if the value aligns with what it used to be. I still want to support businesses that have served the community for so long, and I hope they continue to provide honest, dependable service at a price that feels fair in the current market.

They are wonderful - came to town to see family. Five hour drive with no cruise control on our camper van. Other issues all related. They fit us in as soon as we called. Hard problem to solve but they did it! Had us back on the road quickly. Can not tell you how great they were and friendly to boot. Highly recommend.

I recently took my car to Dennis Road Automotive to get the AC fixed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job fixing the AC, and now my car is running perfectly again. It's hard to find a place that combines great service with quality work, but Dennis Road Automotive exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Great business to work with. Customer service is friendly and will break down all details of the quote to you if you have any questions. They helped me with a new drive train for my 96 Bronco. Not a business that will rebuild major components if that's what you're looking for, they do offer high quality Jasper components though which have a great warranty.

Outstanding experience! Major transmission issue that they fixed faster and cheaper than the dealership and a national chain shop both estimated. Excellent quality workmanship. Also, Jeramie, my service adviser, kept me well-informed, was exceedingly knowledgeable, and had incredible integrity throughout the repair process. I will definitely bring my car back here!

By far the best shop I've ever been to, truly one of a kind and a hidden gem in the DFW area. I needed major repairs on my engine and the work they did was impeccable, plus the staff really does make you feel like family. I plan to recommend this shop to all family and friends in the area.

Professional experts who care about their customers! I brought my truck to Dennis Road Automotive thinking I might need a new engine, their diagnostic tests pinpointed the problem and instead of charging me for a new engine, they explained the problem and the solution keeping me in the loop throughout the process. This shop really goes the extra mile. This is the best auto shop I have been to I cannot recommend them enough!

These are my people. I have been going to DRA for over 12 years and they have never done me dirty. I get an honest assessment of my vehicle, what is wrong and then they give me a fair price. I trust them with my car and have always been incredibly satisfied with their work. They remember me every time I go in and treat me like a king. I love coming here and even though I live in Fort Worth, I will make the drive to come here! They are the real deal!

My father used to come here when he was alive and I have now been using their services for 20+ years. I highly recommend them. They stand behind their work. Won't do unnecessary work and you always get an advance estimate call telling you the work needed to be done. Not the cheapest, but will whip dealer prices any day! I recommend these folks and James, the manager very highly!

I have been bringing my cars to Dennis Road Automotive for years. James and his family have always made me feel welcome and provided fantastic customer service. They worked with my wife to suprise me for my birthday by fixing a long list of things that were broken on my car. They went above and beyond for her. My wife passed away a month ago. I brought my car in today to have a head light fixed so my car would pass inspection. My registration is due next month. I only asked for the head light to be fixed.
